What FillTrack is
FillTrack tracks vehicle profiles, fuel fills, trips, servicing, tyres, maintenance, expenses, backups, imports, exports, and reminders in one local-first logbook.
Before clearing data
Export a JSON backup from the app before clearing browser data, changing devices, reinstalling, restoring, or resetting the app. FillTrack data is stored locally unless exported, backed up, shared, or transferred by the user. Backup and restore success can be affected by device failure, file corruption, unsupported files, interrupted restore flows, or storage clearing.
If records are missing
- Check that you are using the same device, browser, and app install where the records were saved.
- Check whether browser storage, site data, or app data was cleared recently.
- If you have a JSON backup, restore it from the app settings.
Current export support
FillTrack supports full local JSON backup and restore, fuel CSV import/export, full logbook CSV export, and report CSV export. Exported files are saved to your device and are not encrypted by FillTrack after download. Keep backups private and separate from the device being backed up.
Reports, costs and reminders
Reports and cost-per-kilometre figures are generated from your records and may be incomplete if information is missing or inaccurate. Business Logbook outputs are not tax, accounting, or legal advice and do not guarantee ATO acceptance. Maintenance reminders are informational only and do not certify vehicle safety, roadworthiness, registration, or insurance status.
If imports or exports fail
- Confirm the import file is a supported CSV or JSON export.
- Review the import preview and download the import error report if rows are rejected.
- For exported files, check the device Downloads, Files app, or browser download location.
